Refunds for Delayed Shipping
- If your order is delayed past the advertised shipping timeframe (excluding holidays or unforeseen delays), you are eligible for a full refund.
Order Cancellations
- If you cancel your order after processing but before shipment, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Contact us at Owner@TheDistilleryNetwork.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, including covering shipping fees during the first 30 days.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products with a Lifetime Warranty.
First 30 Days
- If any issues arise within the first 30 days, we will repair or replace your still at no cost to you. This includes all shipping fees, both to and from our facility.
Lifetime Warranty
- After the first 30 days, the warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the life of the original owner.
- The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs to and from our facility after the 30-day period.
Warranty Exceptions
- Implosions: Damage caused by improper use, such as implosions, is not covered under the warranty.
- General wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are also not covered.
