Shipping Policy
All of our products are handcrafted and built to order. Because of this, average production and shipping time is between 3 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and material availability.
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
American Copper Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, repair, or exchange—your choice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective returns.
Defective Items: If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover return shipping costs and repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Original Shipping Charges: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 21 calendar days (3 weeks) from the date your refund is approved for the funds to post back to your card or payment account.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns that have been opened, used, or are not returned in like-new condition.
Returns of unused items in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee.
After 30 Days
After 30 days from delivery, refunds are no longer available.
We will continue to offer repair or exchange for eligible items covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty services after 30 days.

Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that your order constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Chargeback Policy: Customers must contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We actively contest all improper chargebacks by submitting proof of order authorization, shipment, and delivery.

Customer Responsibility: If a chargeback is found invalid or reversed, you agree to accept full responsibility for all fees, administrative expenses, and legal or banking costs incurred as a result of defending the dispute.

Proof of Authorization: Your online order, shipping confirmation, and communication with American Copper Works serve as evidence that the transaction was authorized and the product was accepted.

Legal Acknowledgment: Initiating a chargeback without legitimate cause constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of all associated losses through applicable channels.
