Electric Heating Elements — 110v & 220v

One of our most popular upgrades, our electric heating element kits with adjustable controllers transform how you run your still. Going electric means precise temperature control, safer indoor operation with no open flames or propane, and consistent, repeatable heat output on every single run.

110v Electric Heating Element — plugs into any standard household wall outlet. Ideal for stills under 10 gallons and perfect for hobbyists who want a simple, clean, plug-and-play setup.
220v Electric Heating Element (3800W) — serious power for faster heat-up on larger stills. Recommended for 10–50 gallon setups, and for stills over 60 gallons, run two 220v elements for the quickest heating.

Every kit includes the element, an adjustable temperature controller, and complete wiring and connectors, with an optional stainless ferrule upgrade available by request.
